Llewellyn Gallery 17 Day Video Series

Fingers of Doom by Raquel Myers

This work reminded me of video games. Specifically, the era of video games from the 1980s. It is very pixelated. The pixels form images of different characters, designs, settings, and creatures. The sound effects remind me of something out of an Atari 2600 console. When I first walked in, it had an eerie mood to it. Some of pixelated images were frightening along with music at hand. At another point, I heard what I thought to be music from Pac-Man.
